The catalyst for digital transformation in construction projects
We are a team of BIM specialists with experience in high-complexity projects (healthcare, public sector, building infrastructure), where information control, traceability and interdisciplinary coordination make the difference.
We turn project requirements into clear data, coordinated models and verifiable deliverables. ISO 19650-aligned BIM implementation, from strategy and CDE to construction-phase support.
What we do
Public and private clients
For public and private clients, we focus on compliance, auditability and structured deliverables. We help define clear information requirements and ensure that BIM outputs remain traceable, consistent and ready for staged submissions.
- Alignment with procurement requirements: EIR/BEP, RACI matrix, MIDP/TIDP, phased deliverables
- Quality control and auditability: rules, reports, revision traceability, requirements compliance
- Reduced approval and permitting risk through coherent, verifiable documentation
Construction companies
For contractors, we deliver “site-ready” information that improves constructability and reduces rework. We support planning and coordination by linking model content to execution needs, RFIs and change tracking.
- Structured models for site use: take-offs, checks, planning views and practical outputs
- Early conflict detection and structured RFI support to reduce errors and rework
- 4D/5D support: model-to-schedule linking, quantities for estimating, and controlled change tracking
Architectural and engineering firms
For design offices and consultants, we integrate fast into existing workflows and standardize the information layer so teams can coordinate efficiently. We reduce friction between disciplines and support consistent model-to-drawing deliverables across stages.
- Fast integration into your team workflow: templates, standards, naming conventions, shared parameters
- Efficient interdisciplinary coordination (clash + issue management) with predictable deliverables
- Tender / construction support: quantities, schedules, model-derived drawings, consistent packages
How we work
Brief
We confirm objectives, stakeholders, contract constraints and the required information outputs. We review existing documentation and define what “success” means in measurable terms: deliverables, cadence, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.
Analysis
We assess BIM maturity, project risks and data gaps across disciplines. Based on this, we define a realistic implementation approach, align expectations, and prioritize the actions that bring the highest impact early in the project.
BIM
We set up the BIM framework: EIR/BEP/LOIN, naming conventions, model structure, and the Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows for publishing, review and approval. This ensures consistent information exchange and traceability from day one.
Production
We deliver modelling and coordination activities, including clash detection, issue tracking and periodic reporting. Coordination meetings are supported by structured logs, responsibilities and due dates, so issues are closed in a controlled and transparent way.
Support
We provide construction-phase BIM support: controlled updates, RFI-driven reviews, as-built alignment (where applicable) and delivery close-out. We maintain revision traceability and consolidate lessons learned for process improvement.
Why choose us
BIMtess combines deep experience in healthcare and public-sector projects with a strong focus on information governance. We work where complexity is high and the cost of ambiguity is even higher—clinical workflows, technical interfaces, staged deliveries and strict documentation requirements.
We implement documented, traceable processes aligned with ISO 19650 principles: clear responsibilities, controlled information exchange through a CDE, and consistent acceptance criteria. Our deliverables are designed to be verifiable and decision-oriented, not just visually complete.
We are tool-agnostic and integrate into your ecosystem (CDE platforms, BCF workflows, IFC deliverables and checking rules). We prioritize quality through a combination of automated checks and technical review, helping teams reduce coordination risk and increase predictability.
ISO 19650-aligned governance
We define roles, workflows and deliverable planning so information is produced, reviewed and approved in a controlled way, with full traceability.
Quality assurance and verifiable outputs
We apply QA/QC rules and structured reporting to ensure deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria, reducing late-stage surprises.
Tool-agnostic, ecosystem-ready delivery
We adapt to your platforms and formats (CDE, IFC, BCF), ensuring interoperability and practical outputs for design and construction teams.
